The Supplier Management System is an Online Project Collaboration and File Posting Tool built specifically for general Suppliers and Civil Contractors. All the information that is fed into it is centralized in one robust database and is accessible from a powerful, yet simple interface.

It facilitates the Suppliers to register themselves online and post all details related to the firm such as Personnel, Equipment, Previously Executed Contract Details, Previous Supplies and Financials of the Firm.

It maintains the documents uploaded by the Supplier in an Online Library to substantiate the information that is filled in the forms, so that physical submission of all data is avoided for every tender that the Supplier participates.

The Supplier simply has to select the documents required for each tender from the Online Library and attach them during Bid submission, thereby saving enormous amount of time and effort.
