Supplier Registration


The Supplier once registered on the eProcurement Platform can access multiple modules like Supplier Management System, eTenders, eAuctions, eCatalogues, and ePayments.

The Supplier Registration module provides a simple but powerful interface that enables suppliers to manage their business profiles. Buyers can manage their suppliers in the form of adding, deleting, activating, or de-activate the Suppliers, or empanelment of Suppliers for a specific product or category which continuously builds up a database of all registered Suppliers. Only the registered Suppliers with verifiable Digital Signature Certificates can log into the system and participate in the bidding process. Suppliers can create multiple logins for their staff members to use the portal and transact their business with Buyers.

This module also facilitates empanelment, new registrations, and renewals of existing Suppliers with various procurement entities. By using the Online Database supplier can manage their company data such as Business Details, Contact Details, Key Personnel Details, Key Equipment Details, Past Experiences, Past Purchase Orders, Ongoing Works, Supply Contracts, and Financials etc. electronically and save bid preparation & submission time.
